New York Life: Office 365

After years of using the Lotus Notes (IBM Notes) communication system, New York Life began a transition to the Office 365 platform. Given the fact that New York Life is the largest mutual life insurance company in the United States, this transition was no small feat. It involved the integration of new products into the many longstanding internal workflows of thousands of employees. New York Life asked Leibowitz Branding & Design to create a visual identity for the transition, one that encourages conversation about and excitement for the transition among the company’s many employees and teams. Toward this end, we leaned on New York Life’s existing and expansive brand identity to design a mark for the transition campaign. In addition to leveraging this work into signage, computer screen wipes, and other premiums we designed kiosks to be placed in New York Life offices throughout the country. These serve as information guides for employees interested in the opportunities made available by the Office 365 suite. Moreover, we designed an interactive space in New York Life’s headquarters in Manhattan that builds momentum for the transition and educates visitors on its features. Download Case Study
