Ares Wealth Management Solutions needed a better way to communicate. Their existing email templates varied widely in design and structure, creating inconsistencies across communications.Their growing lineup of products, events, and thought leadership pieces demanded an email system that felt unified, polished, and easy for their team to manage at scale.
Leibowitz partnered with Ares to deliver a flexible, future-ready system. We created a master email template featuring clean, modern modules — from headlines and callouts to tables, charts, and event blocks — all designed to align with Ares’ brand guidelines. Each of their fund families and areas of business have their own subtly unique branding, complete with color systems and icons.
After establishing the first look, we expanded the concept into ten fully-built variants covering major content categories, all coded for Pardot in responsive HTML/CSS to remain editable, flexible, and fully functional.
With a standardized, scalable system now in place, Ares can produce campaigns faster, maintain brand consistency across all communications, and stay ready to adapt as new needs arise — all without compromising the sophistication their audiences expect.
