Ancoris Capital Partners is a specialty investment bank that raises equity and debt for highly tailored financial solutions — often at pivotal inflection points. Over the past five years, the firm had grown significantly, but its website and branding no longer reflected its evolution.

When the Ancoris team approached us, they had already decided to drop “Capital Partners” in favor of a confident, standalone name. This decision set the tone for our work and allowed the meaning behind the name to take center stage.The Latin word for anchor, “Ancoris” evokes stability, strength, and crucially, the firm’s ability to secure anchor investors. We lean into this origin with a voice that favors clarity over formality. Client testimonials, embedded throughout the site, reinforce Ancoris’ expert partnership and highlight the team’s reputation.

The visual system enhances this sense of evolution. We redesigned the logo using a more angular, modern typeface that nods to the structural weight of the anchor concept. The “A” icon — with its angled crossbar — became a distinctive monogram and informed a set of diagonal design motifs used throughout the site. 

A new palette of deep navy, meadow green, and sky blue replaced the previous gold, giving the brand a fresh, grounded, and confident tone. Layouts incorporate glass-textured overlays and angled graphics to bring energy and dimensionality, while a custom photo shoot captured the team’s collegial dynamic. The result is a digital presence that feels both authoritative and approachable.

As the Ancoris team continues to build partnerships and close landmark deals, their new identity gives them the clarity and cohesion they were missing — a brand that reflects both where they are and where they’re headed.
