ABS Global Investments (formerly ABS Investment Management) leverages an unparalleled global network of on-the-ground relationships to source unique investment opportunities for Pension Plans (Public, Corporate and Taft Hartley), Endowments, Foundations, Insurance Companies and High Net Worth Individuals. An austere website and unremarkable name downplayed the firm’s international footprint, their proprietary software system, and all that makes ABS unique among investment managers.

They sought our help to revitalize their brand, including visual and editorial messaging, refresh their name and logo to reflect this new branding, and create a website and print marketing materials that distinguish ABS in the competitive landscape.

ABS approved the renaming of the firm from ABS Investment Management to ABS Global Investments, which we believe better reflects the firm’s worldwide reach and its diversifying product offering. We worked with their team to develop a tagline — Global Reach. Local Approach. Differentiated Results. — to encapsulate all that prospects need to know when seeking investment management.

The ABS logo was a wordmark with little consistency across uses. We developed a logo suite that works as both a symbol and full logo and uses a bold color system to distinguish their four main strategies.

On their website, we introduced the ‘human component.’ We conducted a two-day, onsite photoshoot (following Covid protocol) to take staff headshots and capture the collaborative culture   in which ABS takes pride. In addition to engaging imagery, we incorporated into the site a multimedia-capable news section, downloadable resources, a Who we Are section to highlight the firm’s wealth of business acumen, and a description of The ABSolute, their proprietary software that manages research, risk and due diligence, and gives them a unique advantage in helping clients access optimal investment opportunities worldwide.

To reinforce the brand, we developed a system of collateral materials, including stationery and templates for fact sheets, PowerPoint presentations and HTML emails. To ensure a seamless look and feel, we prepared comprehensive brand guidelines so that ABS’s global team may preserve the brand’s integrity as the firm’s international impact grows.
